- The Trephine Bur is manufactured in surgical stainless steel. One end presents a fitting for contra-angle handpiece and its active end presents a cylindrical geometry, in the shape of a circular saw, with a tip of high cutting power. Its inner portion presents a cavity which enables the collection of the implant to be removed or the bone tissue block. Along the body of the bur there are channels enable block removal after the procedure. It is available in diameters 3.3, 3.5, 3.75, 4.1, 4.3, 5.0, 8.0, and 10.0 mm. The bur has laser markings to determine the drilling depth according to surgical planning.
